Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Event Description

*****Postponed to Tuesday, January 14th*****

Our little fishing club is 20-years old this year, which is cause for great celebration!  Just think, one more year and we can drink legally!  Jokes aside, I would like to thank our founding fathers for having the wherewithal to create an organization dedicated to protecting, preserving and enhancing our backyard fishing hole, and creating a vehicle in which to educate musky anglers in the area about proper catch and release.  In 1994, with catch and kill still the norm in some local circles, the NMA could not have been founded at a better time in the Harbor and River's history.  Thank you gentlemen.

Breaking with tradition, we will not discuss every aspect of our little fishing club at our January Business Meeting.  Instead, I will detail certain changes, additions and modifications I and the Board of Directors believe should be made.  I will then open the floor to any ideas you have.  Your input is not just always appreciated, it is integral to making the NMA the best club it can be.

We will have more raffles for Shimano Compre rods.  Mike Fortunate will draw one winning ticket for every $60 worth of tickets sold.

If you have a new, name brand (Depth Raider, Believer, Legend, Jake, Ernie, Grandma, Suick, etc.), lure lying around your house that you'll never use, please consider donating it to our inventory.  Mike Fortunate has been trying to acquire blank lures from the big name companies, and so far they have been less than receptive.  Our plan is to have Jim Reynolds slap paint jobs on the lures in time for the Banquet raffle tables.  Jim has gotten really, really good at painting lures.  The lures I had him paint last season inspire confidence.  I would like to see the raffle tables stocked with custom colored lures and you can help by donating a lure or two.  Thanks Team.  See you in January.
