It was a good day
It was a pleasure to fish with Al Hoerl Today,great conversation , fun time on da boat
Fished 6-1 today uptown with no hits, no runs, no errors
After I dropped him started a Tony Troll
Pull out of ramp, cross da river, go down river,
Get a rip in 31 feet of water, grab the rod and I’m empty
And continue down river
Eventually getting to Eddy’s Run
Then down river some more
Past South bridge
Past loading dock
Then a rod goes again but this time it’s shaking
I get to make history by getting the first fish , a dinkee 30 ,on Mike Fretthold’s new Cuda bait, Superman white with hollow graphic tape on the side
Turn around and head home and fish to 3
Refreshing to some small fish
