Hi gang,

Well with opening up the new jiu jitsu Academy and having to remodel an entire old historic building  all summer, I have not been out musky fishing once this year.  Not once! Also, I have not taken my boat out at all so it is still winterized and probably just going to leave it until next spring. I was supposed to fish with The Walrus – aka David Martin – for the Wittek tourney next week….  A tournament I much look forward to every November for a variety of reasons, but most of all for what Tim Wittek – The Iron Man – stood for…  And that was hard work translates to big rewards.  The musky gods have a funny way of operating sometimes, but they rarely overlook hard work. 

After longing for days on the rivers all summer, I believe the gods will at least have saved up enough musky mojo to allow me to see a big fish – may not catch one – but likely help me net yours. So if anyone is looking for a partner for next Sunday, I would be happy share the mojo and net your fish for ya. I know my way around a boat, pack a huge lunch, and will happily supply gas and tournament fees.  I have all the gear for casting, jigging and trolling but just don’t want to unwinterize the rig.

Also, I would be happy to use any of my vacation days to fish any day or time with anyone for the remainder of the season if you would be so kind as to have me on your vessel.
