Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

Is anyone looking for a fishing partner Sunday June 19th (or anytime at all this season)?

I recently sold my boat and until I find a new one I would be very grateful to anyone who would have me.   I am willing to pay for gas, trade Brazilian jiu jitsu or Muay Thai lessons for you, your children or grand children, and/or trade growlers of craft beers in exchange.

Pros and Cons of taking me:

Pros:

I know a few good fishing spots and techniques and have all of my own gear that I am willing to share.  This includes a technique that produced 9 fish opening weekend a few years back.  I feel so confident in this method that I will put a $100 guarantee on it.

I enjoy all methods - casting, trolling or jigging

I always bring plenty of food for everyone on board

I pride myself on being a good net man and photographer, despite almost screwing up the net job last year on Dave M's November fatty. Luckily, we got her in the net and I went to therapy for it and plan on bouncing back strong this season.

I usually shower prior to leaving the house

Cons:

No Canadian license.

Sometimes I sing to myself.

I never want to stop fishing (could be a pro with the right partner)

What do you say, friends?   Please call or text anytime  (716) 563-0720

Good day
We will be talking brother.
Sorry not this week.

thanks Joe!

Josh...we'll talk some time.  I have a 16-1/2 Alumacraft, tiller, 4 stroke Yamaha, kicker for safety & an electric motor.  Take the seats out & it's like an aircraft carrier.  You cast or jig in the bow, I'll fly fish from the stern.  Maybe I'll get you over to the dark side, or maybe you'll have me singing to myself, too!

That reminds me of the only time I went out with you and I almost botched the net job on what I think is still your biggest Upper Niagara musky. I'm glad it turned out ok and I got her in the net.

Hahaha.....didn't screw anything up Josh, I always wanted to see someone hand-land a fall fatty and you delivered perfectly....although it was the backup plan ;)

I'll shoot ya  a text, fishing with Jay N. and his friend Lonnie on Saturday, Fathers Day Sunday, work Monday but should have a few days to fish the rest of the week.

Still a couple hours work to have my boat ready but nothing big so ready for the water next week.

Thanks everyone!

Fly fishing sounds like a challenge!   I was an avid fly guy for a few years - but never for toothy predators.

Josh...I'm going to have a bigger challenge than fly-fishing tomorrow.  Just got the call from FAS (NOT fish attraction structure) & I'm going out with him in the a.m. He's bringing his arsenal, been collecting lures for 80 years & I heard he started when he was 15!!

Nice line, John!

Hah!  FAS told me that he'll have plenty of room on his boat for my walker!!
