Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

The tournament was a good time as usual. I still haven't entered a fish in the tournament after all these years (I almost typed tears LOL). My record is now 0 and 10.

I did have a two second glimmer of hope when a fish hit my lure just as it hit the water, only to say goodbye after a couple of head shakes and splashes. It looked and felt like a pretty good one too. I think everyone on the south end of the lake heard my AAAAW!! when it got off.

There were 45 participants and 17 fish entered. 9 of the fish were over 40" and the top 3 were all 45".

Steve...with 45 participants, it must have been one heck of a time!. Did "Team Dolan/Lapa" (aka Batman & Robin, The Lone Ranger & Tonto, Rocky & Bullwinkle) enter & uphold their 1st place win from last year?

Every year I say I'm going to enter but something else comes along. Will try again for next. Headed off to the Finger Lakes Thurs for a little tasting of the vino.

Any pics?

Congratulations on another successful Mark Treu tournament, at least from an organizational standpoint, Steve. John, why do I doubt you'll be doing a "little tasting of the vino"? Bring your laptop. I bet you can crank out a few lightheaded articles....

Already got the fishing rod, laptop & corkscrew packed, but not in that order!

Where was this?  Waneta?

Yes, Waneta. On Sunday, Andy and Dan Lacko, who stayed at the cottage with us, treated us to an excellent fish fry with perch and fresh cut french fries.
