Images

Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

OK so I posted the picture before I could do a report.  I'm still learning how to do this.

Started this AM at 8:15 with Mike Crehan.. Only boat in the so gap. Winds supposed to be 8wsw were about 15wsw.  Water cloudy. Visibility 5 feet.  50 degrees.  Two rods each.  I put a rainbow toothy on the wire rod, 55 feet back trolling along the wall where the concrete blocks are stacked up. 4.2mph.  Clicker went off, I didn't hear it but Mike gave a yell.  Boated a nice 41" that looked a whole lot bigger when it was cartwheeling alongside the boat. That was in the first 15 minutes.

Later on I noticed that the door to the lighthouse was open so I called Bill Zimmerman from Seven Seas Sailing and he said he would send out someone to secure it.  Then we spotted the goodyear blimp heading west for their next gig.

Earlier spotted at least 1000 (not kidding) cormorants flying towards the north gap.

Wrapping up - I've been fishing the south gap late in the year the last 6-7 years.  No fish until this year. A fish in each of my last 2 trips here. Thank you Musky gods.

For the third time, Frank, you're having Polish sausage for dinner! I still remember that story from the Banquet. Best story I've heard in years. I tell it to people & they'll be laughing for 5 minutes after. Maybe the clicker is broken.

Frank, you rock!
