Images

Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Event Description

WATCH THIS SITE FOR CANCELLATIONS!!

So far, the Beaver Patrol is set to work on Motor Island this Sunday, the 19th. The DEC is "antsy" for us to get started!

Bring:  Waders, hip boots, or boots

Preferably wear nylon jacket & jeans (to prevent thistles)

          Warm clothes

          Work gloves

          Knipex

          Personal meds (like Epi-Pens)

          Drinking water & snacks

The latest the ice boom has come down was May 2, 1971. Last year was April 29th, so we have maybe two good weekends to wrap trees.  Once the boom comes down, we'll be shut down for a couple of weeks because of all the ice. Then it'll back to work.

If you can only be there a couple of hrs, that's OK. We can still use your help.

A couple of Sundays with a lot of help will do the island, trees & muskies a lot of good!

Any questions, call Jojo or John J.

Jojo will check the river Sat evening for conditions.  Check this website for cancellations or call one of us!!

Thanks for all your help.
