Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Darn...you're doing real good this year, but them again, it seems like you're going out a lot, too.  Any idea of what your hookup percentage is per the number of times you were out?  It's gotta be up there!

Another congrats!

OK John, I did some figuring and came up with these results.  Six trips with Scott K gave me three fish. Twelve trips with Tommy has given me four fish. Seventeen trips alone have resulted in ten fish.  I've fished 174 hrs in 35 trips for 17 netted fish.  I've also gotten to net fish for both Scott and Tom.  Overall I have gotten to smell that smell on a regular basis but it is costing me time on the water...I knew I had to save muskies for retirement and am glad the addiction was put off until then.

Carl..thanks!!  Good numbers.  It looks like your "saving for retirement" is paid off!!  Better than a 401(k).

So, from what you said, alone, you're catching fish about 59% of the time.

Overall, 17 fish in 35 trips is about a fish every other trip (darn good)

and 17 fish in 174 hrs is slightly more that 10 hrs per fish.  I wonder what Tony's statistic is on average hrs per fish.  We were talking about your success rate while in Bflo Harbor today.  You're doing good, man, real good.
