Images

Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Jojo and I played float suit bingo today on the Upper from 8:45am to 2:15pm.

Since we were in Canada, we each only played one board.

FS2 was the first call as we both had on our monkey suits. NW10 to 20, the wind direction and speed. C3 came next. The water was cloudy with maybe three feet maximum visibility. UN2 and UN3 came next. That's where we fished. F20, Jojo ran a Frankie bait down 20' a lot. C10, Jojo drinks about 10 cups of coffee when he fishes. Pee10, what goes in must come out. P2, the number of slices of pizza Jojo ate. S-infinity, it seems as if Jojo and I have been skunked forever. F34, air temp. D120, I put a Depth Raider back 120' as we trolled up the edge from Beaver. And finally, M38! BINGO! We finally fooled one! We were both a bit shocked when the rod fired.

After I grabbed the rod, I thought Joe had taken the kicker out of gear. Nope. We were dragging her which fooled me into calling "it's a big fish." Once he put us in neutral, I thought I lost her, but I maintained pressure and surfed in a 38". Oh well, it was nice to break the ice regardless of size. It's been a looooooong time between fish.

Out tomorrow looking for something a bit bigger. Maybe 40"?
