Fishing report 6/27
Fished all the usual haunts with Frank Varisco
Missed a nice one at frenchman's felt it hit, and it chased the tube as I frantically tried to set the hook, but never made contact. Fish waved a fin at me smugly as it broke the surface, then swam past within a foot of the bow as it went back down to the deep.
Frank connected with a fish in lunge lane starting us off for the day.
I picked one up at frenchman's. Got a suprise 30" walleye at the strawberry humps. Finished with another one off lunge lane.
Finished the day viewing the muskies at Sea World. Couldn't get em to move from the sand, no matter what lure we threw in front of em.
3 Muskies total for the day.
