Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

Fished solo this morning from 6 AM till 9 AM.  Nothing happening, not even a follow.  I did try out my weighted Toothy's for the first time this year.  They really get down to the bottom in a hurry even in 20' plus depths.  The moss is still not a problem, which seems much later into the year than recent years before it makes you want to skip a week or two on the water.  For the second time I have come back into Rich Marine to find over a dozen cormorants perched right on the end of the black rock channel wall.  I hope the DEC starts addressing them soon.

You hit the nail on the head, Scott. The reports of nothing carry as much weight as the reports of something. Thanks, good report!

Fish started chomping about 10am when the wind actually did something. Me and riley were out and managed to go 0 for 4 in 2 drifts and destroy a couple shiny tubes. Damn nippers. Buddy gabe got action the same time and stuck it out for the day and ended 4 for 7 with some nice fish. River seems void of life but once they chew it seems like they are everywhere. Always amazed me.
