Fishing Report 2018-08-11
Fished with Frank this morning from 730 AM till 1100 AM. Frank landed one of the thickest 38" fish i have ever seen. It was already tagged with #222. It had a lot of red puffy spots around its mouth and under its chin, but was very active and swam away very strongly. We were going to fish a while longer, but it was one of those Saturdays where the speed boats were all racing from out in the lake into the river and around Grand Island. We moved over to the mouth of the black rock channel just as they were coming down past the international rail rod bridge and called it for the day.
