Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

My first day on the water this year was on Saturday, 7/23/22. I had a total knee replacement in late May and I have been recovering at a satisfactory pace.  Scott Kitchen was my guide and medical assistant.  The hardest part of the trip was getting in the boat as stepping up and or down is still an adventure this soon after surgery. Tubing was the method employed.  Sat down most of the time.  Only two snags for me - not bad for first time out this season. A black tube produced one fish - a fat walleye that Scott sent back to the deep. Thanks to Scott for really helping me navigate getting in and out of his rig. On the way out of the dock, I stopped to look at my old rig, still docked in its slip. Quite a feeling to look at it after being a boat owner at Rich Marine for over 25 years.
