URGENT!! Rich Landowners are Pushing Herbicide Treatments on Chautauqua Lake
As some of you may know already, a group of rich property owners quietly pushed through a permit for herbicide treatment in Bemus Bay that was done on June 26th.
At the Chautauqua County legislature meeting on Wed. July 26th one of the items to be discussed will be funding for further treatment in 2018. There needs to be a strong showing of people and groups against further treatment at the meeting and to write letters to the appropriate individuals. For more details, visit this discussion on LOU.
