Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

We take Aurora on quite few jaunts to local ponds when they are not frozen (never take a Lab near frozen bodies of water). Almost invariably I bring a fishing combo with us to chuck around froggies, spinner baits, shallow cranks and the occasional Senko. Aurora couldn't care less about trolling, although she knows a clicker going off means go to the bow, but she really likes casting and I am more than happy to oblige her. I usually carry a 3600 box with me and jam a pair of pliers in my shorts. I recently came across the satchel pictured below on eBay and I ordered one for these little trips and for dock fishing at the Rock. While the craftsmanship won't make you forget about Simms or Fishpond anytime soon, the bag is a quality little unit considering it only costs about $16. The main compartment should hold a 3600 box and a few bags of plastics.  The second tiered compartment off of the main compartment will be great for pliers and a few spinnerbaits and the group of pockets on the outside of the second pocket can hold all kinds of whatever's.  Not bad for 16 bones.
