Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

Had a lot of fun on the river today with my buddies Lonnie Heffner and Dave Martin.  Lon had a hookup early on a RedOctober tube but lost him.  I caught a 28" walleye on a tube and then had a solid hookup on a Swim Shad.  Not surprisingly the fish came unpinned leaving me wondering why I continue to allow this bait to break my heart.  We switched to trolling and Lon boated a feisty 32" fish on a Baker Bait.  It was his first Niagara musky so the day was a rousing success.  Can't wait to get out again.

Good stuff Jay!

We trolled hard in the harbor for nada.  Popped a 40" or so casting a Dadley.  LOTS of boat traffic.  I never remember seeing that much activity at the launch....ever.

We quit at about 1:30 when the boat traffic in the river looked like the episode of Vikings when they stormed Paris.  It was nuts out there.

It's good to hear of smaller ones getting caught.  I always took that as a good sign of a fishery.

Good day
Nice work boys

I went out with Veronica last night from 830PM t 1030PM, just to see how bad the moss was.  I am completely out of practice and forgot to bring my GPS, so I tried to channel Tom, but had not luck.  The moss was not bad at all.  In two hours I only had to clean the lure twice.  I am not sure how long that will last because the super clear water is showing a lot of moss on the bottom.  I would expect the heavy boat traffic this weekend to start to free it up.
