Made plans with Tom to fish the east river last night in the east winds hoping to find a bit of shelter. Tried changing things up and dropped the lure 80' back and stayed deep most of the night while Tom worked shallower. Started below the GI bridge and was almost up to the lighthouse when a 35" fish hit over 26' ft. Tagged and released easily. No other action for either of us but I did get a phone call from a past member saying Toms' cousin just caught a 50''. His first muskie..
