Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

I need 5 to 6 volunteers to help at the Old Homes Days Kids Fishing Derby on Saturday, July 13 from 9AM to noon.  It's easy and it's kind of fun.  I'll bring pops and waters.

I'm in!!! Any help for the fishing derby would be appreciated!!!  It is honestly a fun time, watching the kids catch fish is very heartwarming.  Last year a young man caught his first pike at the last minute to win the tourney.  His extreme excitement at catching his first pike and his personal best fish was contagious.  Come help with the kids, it's a good time!

Scott, I would like to help out at the Old Home Days, but my wife will be out of town which leaves me with our 3,5,and 7 yr old.  If I were to bring my three kids (don't know if its even allowed) then all of my attention would be given to helping them fish.  Thoughts?

Bring them!  Fishing the wimpy Niagara has nothing on the mighty Ellicott.

John- you should definitely bring the kids, it's a free tournament and every kid gets a lure with additional prizes for the top 10 biggest fish, they will have a blast!
