Disturbing Report, OOS Musky Netted and Killed

Found this on a local forum, apparently this guy was dip netting smelt, got a musky, killed it and took it home, i cant believe there are still people like this out there, hope he gets caught and gets what he deserves.

I know ive seen them on the ontario side of the upper, but not sure how many are on the lower though, i hardly ever go down there.
