Heading into the Sweet 16

Hello faithful voters, all six or seven of you.  We have trimmed the field in the NMA Hard Bodied Bait Color Tournament to sixteen.  In the Tony Scime Division #1 Firetiger, #2 White Bellied Perch, #6 Tennessee Shad and #9 Hot Perch remain.  #1 Orange Bellied Perch, #2 Night Shiner, #3 Natural Walleye and one of the surprises of the Tournament #13 Page Jailbreak move on in the Tom Page Division.  In the Jon MacSwan Division #1 Black, #2 Sucker, #4 Orange Tiger and the lowest seed to make the Sweet Sixteen, #14 Lac Seul Perch advance.  #1 Niagara Walleye, #2 Golden Sucker, #4 Clown and #6 Black with Pink Belly move on in the Capt. Larry Jones Division.

There were a few surprises with only one #3 seed advancing.  The #4 seeds fared better sending three to the Sweet Sixteen.  All #1 and #2 seeds made the Sweet Sixteen as well.

'The nation has caught Page Jailbreak and Lac Seul Perch fever.  I watched two kids at the dock throwing PJB Husky Jerks around the marina this afternoon and the nice man who sold us ice at 7/11 was wearing a Lac Seul Perch T-shirt.  America loves the underdogs!  It's Butler-mania all over again.  I'll post the first four games in the Sweet Sixteen now.  Thanks for voting.
