RV Muskie

Went sailing Thursday out of Bflo Harbor.  We always take a cruise by the Central Wharf to check out the music & other boats.  Saw the Great Lakes Research Vessel "RV Muskie" docked there.  I wonder if they were doing some netting at this end.  If you look at the aft end of the ship, under the white flag, you can see the cross bar that held a coil of netting.
