I'm still working on a guest speaker for April, but I know for certain that we'll review our 18^th Annual Awards Banquet and hopefully roll around in all of the crazy cash we make.

We’ll have Knipex, split ring pliers, leaders, Stringease, swivels, wire, replacement hooks, clothing and stickers for sale.  We are going to place an order for Beckman nets with six-foot telescoping handles, and the telescoping handles themselves.  If you don’t have a Beckman or similar HUGE COATED musky net, don’t fish for muskies.  If you’d like to order a net or just a longer handle, contact me.  We have one Beckman with the regular handle in stock now for $80.

Rich Sandig will update us on the potential resurrection of the CAN-AM.  We are looking to have an outing on our side of the big strait with the members of Muskies Canada.  We have a tentative date of Sunday, June 24^th.  After the outing, we would have a BBQ and hand out awards somewhere (we’re still working on a location (maybe Beaver Island)).  It sounds awesome to me.

Carrie Keane is accepting donations of new or gently used clothing for our donation to the Vietnam Veterans Chapter 77 in Tonawanda.  We are accepting these donations until the Pre-Season Pig Out on May 20^th.  If you have clothing to donate, but can’t make a meeting before then, contact Carrie at (716) 602-2670 and make other arrangements.
