Images

Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

Pulled my first two-a-day yesterday.  Fishing from 6:30AM till 1:30 PM with Carl and from 5:30PM till about 10:00PM with a friend from work who is trying to check the box for Muskie on his bucket fishing list.

The west river was very full of the moss algae, so Carl and I spend the early shift in the east river.  He had one smaller fish strike at boat side just north of the Grand Island bridge on the island side right off shore.

I got my annual small mouth bass on a crappie colored shallow invader near shore on the south east corner of Strawberry Island, but that was it.  The evening shift was dead, but we did see a mid 30's musky swimming with it's head out of water.  I still do not know why they do that.

Hopefully better luck today, it has been a very slow season for me so far.

Good luck and go fishing!

Scott, Go up by Waverly Shoal and cast crankbaits on slopping edges and roll in the waves!
