Buche de Noel!
I might suck at musky fishing, but I did whip up this little vanilla chiffon cake with caramel, chocolate and espresso cream filling slathered in dark chocolate ganache, accompanied by meringue mushrooms on a bed of dark chocolate and pistachio dirt, Buche de Noel!
NMA president by day, Cake Boy by night! (It took days to make this baby, and I'm never making one again.)
