Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all. Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Goodday
After 2 early days of going out, I needed to sleep in a bit, fished 9:30-2:15., Took my boys and they had to learn to walk on the dock again, they both fell in one early, one later. They were good on the boat and stayed put while out, don't tell Mom? When they got too hot, I took them to the beach behind motor. They were more interested in making bird doo doo angels, then swimming and cooling off? What a couple stinkers, boy did they stink? Good thing we were in the river so I could de-stink them.
After that poopy encounter and no luck jigging deep ,so I started speed trolling the shallows again. as I went down the edge I thought of post spawn Mama's relaxing right after spawn, just off the ledge? Then I started snaking it back and forth over the edge. Then it hit me, get ready for this, have you ever heard of a circle jerk? Well this jerk got it going today? While going back and forth over the edge, watching the weed bottom in the super clean river to seeing the bottom in twenty. With my baits only 30 & 50 out, I am going right over fish short lining in very clear water? So I started cork screwing down the edge so the baits were off to the side, not under the boat. That's what I call a circle jerk troll. It's actually easy let the boat drive itself, in circles, with minor corrections, so easy a jerk could do it! Then when I got to Anchor I was watching the short line which was running almost 90 degrees off to my side it went off right in front of me !!! Oh boy, my jerky silly idea worked. The doggy dink hit my 25 anniversary jointed Baker, which by the way rocks the boat with it's wiggle. Cut a hook and send him home, a 36 dink in the book. High noon crystal clear hot summer day? I needed a valium, a musky valium, Canadian Express Blue, never leave home without it!
Back out in morn with P.O.T.M.A ( President of the Musky Association)
