catch submission problem

When I entered a fish submission the page gave me an error message. 'Oops! Too many connections'. Anyone else see this?

I just did a test submission. No problem.

Are you trying to enter the data from your phone or from a computer?

I was using my desktop computer. Tried a bit later and had no problem but the one fish might be entered twice.
