I heard about the new regulation guide featuring muskies but I didn't know that the muskies 101 article was written by Tony and Scott. VERY COOL

Here is the introductory presentation from the annual meeting of the NY Chapter of The American Fisheries Society. Esocid Management in New York State

The link I previously posted was for all the presentations, including this one given by Jeff Loukmas who is the DEC Warm Waters Fisheries Unit Leader in Albany. Muskies were the dominant topic at the meeting. It looks like our DEC is becoming much more serious about muskie fisheries management in NY State. The future could be bright for musky fisheries in New York.
