Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Sorry for the late report but I was able to get to St Clair one time in August with 2 buds. We started at Anchor bay and ran out about 7-8 miles to the middle of the Lake in Canadian water. It was a nice day and action started almost immediately. There was 1 lull period and then all hell broke loose again. Never saw anything like it. It was sunny and reasonable calm and then with a slight wind shift we started seeing muskies jumping clear out of the water like Tarpon. An incredible sight. They must of been feeding on something but I can't say for sure. Not sure why else one would jump clear out of the water. We counted about 25 fish that jumped that we spotted in about a 2 hr period in 1 area maybe 1/2 mile in diameter. I never experienced or saw anything like that. They fished there many times but they never saw anything like that either. Didnt need a depth finder, just troll through the jumping Muskies.  We did just that and wound up going 12 for 15. We didnt hook any giant fish though so that was a bit disappointing with my biggest only 43". Got several others over 40 and the rest in the high 30s. Also saw some giants jumping. Did lose 1 nice one that I didnt see on a short line. That place is so cool, I'll be back. BP

It's amazing how they pack into a little area out there and just go on a feeding frenzy. They feed with a whole different attitude when they have an army of friends to help them corral the bait and then compete with. Really is more comparable to trolling for spring Brown trout than any musky fishing we have here. Think I'm gonna bring a couple newbies back next summer and have fun with the hot action.
