Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

I enjoy reading your smart and cryptic muskie slang reports, Jojo

Josh you need to go on Amazon and buy the JoJo Rosetta stone.  Got mine on Black Friday at Target for $19.99 and it included a DVD of Magnum PI Season 2.

Jay, that is so funny that I had to calm myself down for 10 minutes before I could read it to Scott without giggling!!!  Also, Scott says you are now writing a monthly humor column for the newsletter (I'm not completely sure if he's kidding!)

Good Day

I am glad you all enjoy it  as much as I enjoy  doing it and abusing the english language???

Remember it is always a riddle never a secret code.

Jay is correct Amazon had the Shmosetta  Stones on sale for Good Fishing Friday.

Jay, Target threw in the second season of the Hawaiian mustaches?  I picked up my Jojo Stone at Rollie and Helen's and all they threw in was a Sloppy Pig!  I was screwed! (I wasn't kidding about the monthly humor column by the way.)

Joe, you are a national musky treasure; abuse on my brother!

I will gladly contribute something to your monthly masterpiece, just not sure how funny it will be.  Josh and I have already written a brilliant piece about the 10 rules that guide the bucket fisherman we see on the banks of the mighty Niagara.

On an unrelated topic if you want to put moon phase on the website go for it.

Bucket Fisherman Critical Concepts #7:  Kill everything.  Gobies and Sheephead taste the same in a blender

Bucket Fisherman Critical Concepts #14: Never fish from shore near Tom Seleck's house in the lower river.  He will come down in his little white short shorts and steal your bucket.

The system is changing.  I feel it in the water.  I feel it in the earth.  I smell it in the air.  Water clarity that once was is lost.  There are few who fish now that remember it.

It began with the forging of the great lures.  Three Depthraiders were given to the Founders: immortal, wisest and fairest of all anglers.  Seven Perchbaits and Plows to the Harbor Hounds: great trollers and dwellers of the Bethlehem Steel Mountain Halls.  And nine Mr. Toothys were gifted to the race of grinders, who above all else, desire bottom contact.  For within these lures was bound the strength and will to govern each musky.

But all of them were deceived.

For another lure was made.  In the land of Drifter, in the fires of Mount Platypus the Musky Lords forged a secret Master Lure to control all others.  And into this lure they poured huge rattles, crazy water pushing action, bright colors and their will to hook all muskies.  One lure to rule them all.

For Many weeks the lures of power hid in the gloom of tackle boxes and there they waited.

Mud crept back into the waters of the River.  Rumor grew of a storm from the west, whispers of a nameless fear.  And the lures of power perceived their time had now come.

One lure to rule them all.  One lure to find them. One lure to catch them all.  And in the muddy water bind them.

Guess what I’m pulling Monday through Friday?

Thanks Jay.  The super moon phase do-hickey is $50 or so a year.  I can assure you December's newsletter will NOT be a masterpiece.  I have to crank the entire issue out tomorrow and therefore will not be fishing.  Guess who will be the most pissed off musky angler in the world tomorrow?

B1 Bermek in Tiddly Winks Pink!

Good Day

I think the Great Wizard Grandiggdoorf the Gray will be pulling Mr. Super Believer????

But then I have the inside pooper scooper???
