Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

Fished solo from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM.  Zippo.  Both sides of the River were mud when I stopped; less than six inches, pink Perchbait with a light on it.  To compound the horrible visibility, both sides were loaded (and I mean loaded) with floating and suspended weeds.  Rough.

Scott, when fishing in heavy weeds, other than cussing, what is the protocol on discarding the weeds.  Do you throw them back into the water?

I collect them and store them at my marina.  Let me know when you plan to remove your boat from the water.  I plan on depositing them there.  I have just over 600 pounds (dried weight) of them for you.  Just think, you can feed the deer in your back yard for months!  You'll make the cover of Deer Feeder Enthusiast!

I try to throw them back into the water, but for some reason many of them find their way to the bottom of my boat.

Salad bars don't have as much lettuce as the the bottom of my boat boasts.

Scott,  when I fish on your boat, I will bring a gallon of thousand island dressing and a bunch of forks.

Make it Italian with a little crumbled bleu cheese (I like Bleu Castello) and it's a date.
