Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

My plan was to write a humorous fishing report for today's skunking, but my response to Cullen's 50" measurement picture took a lot of time and I have to get some sleep.  Carrie, Frank Stachowiak and I fished from 8:30 to 2:00.  We mostly trolled and we didn't have any hits or see much of anything.  I did snag a goby.  I didn't measure it.

I fished solo from 3 to 8:00.  I had four different fish follow four, four, three and four times respectively all on consecutive casts after the initial follow.  That doesn't make too much sense, but I'm tired.  It was a wild fifteen minutes without actually catching a fish.

Mike Fortunate and I are out all day tomorrow.  Wish me luck.  I need it.

Fished with Scott and Carrie yesterday from 8:30 to 2:24. We had three lines in all the time. That's 18 man (and woman) hours of trolling and all we had to show for it was one foul hooked goby, and  it was undersized to boot! We spent a lot of time staring at the bottom in gin clear waters. I even ran out of stories. The only accomplishment was that Scott has learned that eating red and black licorice simultaneously is a real treat.

You know what else I hear goes well together? Peanut butter and jelly, Perchbaits and follows and getting skunked (again) and insanity.

My boat got skunked today as well.Water is now gin clear in the Lake! Need this weekends wind.
