fishing report

fished some last week.  took the skunk off my new net within minutes of talking to Scott M last monday.  little karma, little fish?  28".  Landed a 34" on saturday just as the line of thunderstorm clouds were overhead.  guess I need to turn around more or turn off the music because I hadn't noticed the quick storm bearing down on me.  headed into beaveer island marina and talked with the harbormaster while the rain came in buckets.  bailed the boat out and fished a few more drifts after, but wind shift sent me home.  yesterday i was able to see fish hit my tube in 20' plus of water but could not stay attached.  landed 5 of 9 in june and am 2 for 10 so far in july.  A good start?  water temps 75 one day, 74 the next.
