Great meeting last night, thank you Scott and John for excellent presentations. I am all for the testing of habitat stocking program as suggested. 

I am completely against the Hydro, electric turbine project!  I agree that there is no way it would work in the river. Between the ice , the wood or trees, the moss, the weeds, or the trash it would be continually clogged.  We also have consider any any leakage of oil or parts down river.  As presented with Scotts awesome presentation.

I'll meet you half way, Jojo. I'm not sold on fry stocking in the Harbor, not at this time, and, like you, am also against the hydro-gen project in the Upper.
