Good question. Drove by some streams today & all that I saw were almost up to the bottom of the bridges

Ellicott Creek is raging right now with all of the dams open at Island Park. I suggested cancelling the event, but as far as I know it will continue as scheduled. The Derby might resemble the Henning with muddy water... One fish might take it all.
