Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

Had an accident yesterday evening. My 2003 trailblazer is destroyed. I am ok except a little soreness in my neck. Miraculously, nobody else had any serious injuries.

It was clearly another driver's fault so I hope to get insurance issues settled quickly so I can start looking for a replacement. I will have to try to work with whatever I get from insurance.

This puts a wrench in my opening day plans. I was planning on going to Waneta with Mark.

Since I will have to decide on what to look for in a replacement which will be limited by what I get for insurance, any input from members on experiences with vehicles that might come into the range of the value of my vehicle (which I hope to find out soon) would be appreciated. I am interested in reliability, performance, value factors, etc.

Can't offer any advice on trucks though.

The engines for Jeep Cheerokee Sports tend to run forever. The bodies might tend to gather some rust, though. Quite capable tow vehicle, similar to the Trailblazer.

Steve, careful with that sore kneck, sometimes these things are worse than they first appear. Hope all woks out well for ya

Steve  remember that you have 3 years to file a claim for personal injuries.
