Nice days off

Really enjoyed my days off this week, Fri and Sun

 

Friday mid day got out for a couple hours, Sarah boated a nice healthy fat little fish. Was the first time I ran a new little bait I made, runs super shallow, was awesome to see that rod go off in the prop

 

went back out near dusk, made one run for musky, no takers and headed out to the big water for some walleyes. Got into them steady for about an hour, the boys landed a half dozen beauties

Sunday was Kurtis' birthday, now a teenager, so after supper and before cake, between the lightning scares, he boated this real pretty little fish. It hit like a train and really battled hard for its size.

Great glove-less hold by Sarah.... heck.... even here most of the pics the folks have gloves on  ..... hahahaha gotta love old school
