Againest The Ocean Renewable Power Company proposal docket number P- 15329
It will effect migration of various species into and out of the river from Lake Erie. It will also get crushed when the Iceboom is released, and it will get clogged from the weeds coming in from the lake in the summer.
Again I am opposed to Hydrokinetic Renewable Power Company Inc project
