Frank and his masked marauders
While there has been very little research as to whether COVID-19 can jump from lures to humans, Frank isn't taking any chances as he gears up for the 2020 season.

But can it jump to a fish:
From a lure?
Or if you cough on a fish?
Will it make water release imperative?
Or will the fish just need to acquire herd immunity?
