Soulfish. It is pretty low on the food chain. Looks like it was previously released.

Looks like a size 11. They're actually decent eating. Nail them to a cedar board, smoke at 175 deg about 3 to 4 hrs, remove, throw away the sole & eat the board. Deeeeelicious!
