Hi Gang!  Musky season is only one month away and I couldn't be more excited.  At our June membership meeting Derek Crane will be our guest speaker.  Derek has been busy sneaking up on spawning muskies in the shallows at night armed only with a spotlight and a trench coat!  He will update us on his progress and recent research on muskellunge spawning habitat in the upper Niagara River Based on this research, Derek hopes to develop a model for ideal young-of-year Muskellunge habitat.  Once completed, perhaps we could attempt to duplicate this model in the river, harbor and my backyard?  Sounds like interesting stuff to me!

We will also have a release presentation by a mystery Board Member!  (I haven't drafted one yet.)  We'll have everything you need to release muskies for sale like Beckman nets, Knipex, pliers and jaw spreaders.  We'll have leaders, Stringease and replacement hooks for sale as well.

The June raffle table is going to be a biggy (right Frank?), so you don't want to miss it.
