The 2013 Musky Season will be seventeen days old when our July Membership Meeting begins.  My hope is we'll start this shindy with a lot of successful musky trip reports.  The club caught and released a lot of fish last season and I'm optimistic we'll surpass that total in '13.  Thirteen is a lucky number right?  Our Guest Speaker will be Brent Bochuk of Fish NV Charters.  Brent fishes extensively in Ontario and is a spokesperson for Okuma, Tuf-Line and Suick.  He'll feature all of the new products these fine companies have to offer, and he'll discuss musky fishing in the Kawarthas.  I use Okuma linecounters across the back and Tuf-Line is a fine product I've used in the past.  Maybe Brent can convince me to toss a Suick from time-to-time?

In addition to Brent and all of your fishing reports, we'll have a bunch of stuff for sale including, I hope, NEW T-shirts featuring our new logo.  We are ordering shirts to size 2XL in black and grey.  If you need a larger size contact me to place your order.  We have been hurt in the past with T-shirt pre-orders.  If you pre-order, please be prepared to pay.  I'm still waiting for a price from our printer, but they should be about $15 (hopefully under $20).  We are only ordering short sleeves for now.  We'll place an order for long sleeves if there's interest in September.
