Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all. Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

The Night Bite has been postponed again. The tournaments new date is Saturday, September 15th from 7 PM to Midnight. There will be a cook-out at the foot of Sheridan following the event. The entry fee is $10 per angler. Contact Adam at (623) 205-9939 or via the site to enter or for more details.
This Sat. Sept 15, is a new moon with moon setting time at 6:22PM. According to Joe Bucher, there is an intense feeding window for about 1/2 hr after moon set which will be over before the start time. I think the feeding window is generally 1 to 1.5 hr after sunset but Joe's calendar only shows the intense feeding time for that date. This may mean that the first hour will be the most active hour of the tournament but weather is also a big determining factor.
I think Bucher times are for the Central Time Zone.
The time I posted on my comment is the moon set time for Buffalo which I got from the National Weather Service.
Sorry. I read the sata wrong on the National Weather Service site. Friday's moon set is 6:22PM and Saturday's is 6:52 PM.
If anyone needs a partner for the tournament or has room on their boat, I would like to fish it. My boat and trailer are in need of repair before I use it again.
