Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all. Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

This year's Picnic is on Sunday, August 12th at the Beaver Island State Park Marina Shelter (right near the marina, smart name for the shelter, huh?) We are having all of the usual picnic favorites including dogs, burgers, sausages, corn, beans, yak and armadillo! The cost of the picnic is free for NMA members and their families, but please bring your own drinks and a dish to pass. Desserts are always welcome, in fact they are encouraged! We serve the food around 1 PM. The raffle table will be loaded with all kinds of fun stuff including Jim Kinner's Davey Jones' Locker! We will also raffle off half of the wonderful stuff Roy Edwards donated to the club Chinese style. There will be a pinata for the kids and Adam to smash, the Casting Contest and Scott Kitchen will review your taxes for the past five years for free! Maybe not so much with the taxes, but there will definitely be a pinata. Bring the wife, bring the kids, bring the grandparents and bring the grand kids! The Picnic is a lot of fun and is always relaxing. I am guaranteeing a rain free event, although I can't rule out snow, locusts or frogs. There might be snakes too, but no rain. I hope to see you all there.
Good Day
Folks don't forget the kids we will have a kids casting contest and the kids eat for free? But so do you?
Also please do forget a dish to pass, desserts included and your own drinks of choice???
Will provide hot dogs, sausage, corn on the cob, Claudette's ranch baked beans, and alot of silly entertainment. Grown boys showing their lack of casting skills??? I also hope that Jimmy Kinner brings "Davey Jone's Locker" again.

Joe's dedicated use of the question mark is inspirational.
I think JoJo meant to say please DON'T forget a dish to pass (especially desserts) and whatever you want to drink.
Good Day
Carrie is right do not forget a dish to pass. There is alot of question in what I try to say???

There is no question that kids and members eat for free or that members should bring a dish to pass and something to drink. I do question some of our members casting ability however.
I look forward to making it to this years NMA Picnic. The last 6 years I have been guiding on that weekend. Thanks to the Extra Hot Weather and Bathtub Water on Chautauqua Lake and "No Casting Rods" I have taken the month of August off!
I am looking forward to the picnic since it will be a first for me. Jim Reynolds will be riding up with me. Any suggestions on a dish or desert to pass? For a single guy with not much cooking or baking experience. I thought about cookies or something from Wegmans bakery and maybe milk to go with them. If you want to do corn on the cob, there is a place near me that has the best you will ever taste. I would have to have an idea of how much to get and I could bring butter too.
Message Jiggin' Joe. He is the Keeper of the Cheese and the Lemon Merchant and I know it. But don't worry Missy! I'll save you! (Ren & Stimpy reference.)
I just noticed in an earlier posting that Joe has the corn on the cob covered.
Good Day
If you want to bring the corn that will be OK. But I will need it by 12 if we want to eat at 2 and you will have to soak it in water for a few hours. Do you have 5 gallon bucks and lids?
Then I will donate the chili.
Call me if you need the buckets and lids tonight call me today. 716 8676561
