Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

I've attached a review of the 2020 NMA Catch and Release Report.

A couple things to note:

The number of fish caught were down significantly. I believe there are two principle reasons: (1) the pandemic and its border restrictions kept many of us from fishing the west river and (2) water temperatures were abnormally high during August and September and many of us chose not to chase muskies during that time to avoid stressing the musky population.

The average size and percentage of larger fish may have been at or near record numbers. I'll be able to verify this belief when I do a more scientific analysis.

Thank you, Tony. As a former release director I know exactly how much work it takes to produce the release report. Well done.
