2021 Angler Diary Report and Catch and Release Report
I've attached the 2021 Angler Diary Report and a 2021 NMA Catch and Release report containing comparable data:

Brief summary is that catch rates were at an all-time low (25 hours/muskie) and size was at an all-time high.
