Fished from 5:30ish until around noon today with Greg and Bernadette Clabeaux. 2nd or 3rd drift I hooked up and lost a smaller feeling fish. Greg and I both got tagged a couple more times without ever feeling and weight. The constant annoying rain finally sent us home soaked and cold.

I was wondering who would stick it out this am. Was out with Miller 2am til 9am. We got scurred of the rain and decided to run home about 9. Zippo night trolling but had a couple hot drifts between 630 and 730 in un2 where we hooked up 4x. Seen all 4 fish but only got 2 right to the boat. All mid 30s fish. Miller got bit a couple more times shortly after but nobody was home. My night bite has really dried up. In last 3 full nights and 2 half nights only 2 fish. In 7 hours jigging on 2 different mornings 8 fish. Fish tricked me with those 2 hot nights. Pricks.
