Beaver Patrol for 5/19

a few items about tomorrow's Beaver Patrol work:

1. It's been about 4 or 5 years since we've been allowed to go on Strawberry. More than likely, it will need some work. Please show up if you're able.

2. There's a possibility of rain tomorrow a.m. Bring a light rain jacket

3. Bring a pair of work gloves. We'll be picking up trash & bending wrapping wire

4. We'll start at about 10 but get there earlier if you can. We'll all need to fill out a Volunteer Service Agreement with NYS State Parks. If you get hurt & have to miss work, you'll be covered by worker's comp thru the state.

I'll have a bunch of them pre-filled, as shown, so you're not spending a lot of time

...and, oh yeah. Bring some snacks to munch if you want (and water)

If enough people show we can have have a small landing party go on Motor Island, mainly for trash pickup. The last two years have been trash pickup & fence maintenance.

No food = no beavers. Whatever looked good enough for them has already been wrapped
