Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Here an excerpt from the November 1998 newsletter written by Tony Scime:

November. Winter’s winds come early. Late summer-like breezes, a final tease of a season less hostile. A chance for the musky angler willing to test the cold, wind, rain, and snow. And if a warm breeze is blowing, pounce on the day. Delay is opportunity forever lost. In November. Savor November. Imbibe the frozen air of early morning, embrace the pelting afternoon rain. The hardcore do. For them, November is fleeting. For now is when the largest of muskellunge are near. Only a moment away. Or is it an eternity? Put time on the water, and you may touch one. If only November were everlasting. The last but ultimate chance is upon us. We are optimistic that the best is here, yet apprehensive that it will soon be forever gone. So seize the day, the week, the month. Flog the water that fires your heart with the hope of encountering, feeling, experiencing the struggling fighting power of a giant muskellunge. Hurry before another of our all too limited seasons slips away.

I took the day off and I'm a little upset with myself for doing so.

Good Day

To me the fall leaves me both hopeful and depressed. The hope of one more nice lady in my life???  The depression that there may not be another.......
