Finished Chili yesterday , checked today and we only have 12 wishers signed up?  Com'on gang the weather has been great, water temp was 66 , weather prediction 50's . WHATSUPDOC...

You all know one of my many problems is I like to make chili... In recent years I TRY to make a small amount but ALWAY FAIL miserably.  My SMALL batch this year is almost 15 gallons?

I try to use less meats, less beans, less peppers, less vegetables and a small pot. I wish it this easy to catch  a  15 gallon, extra large fish?  The original recipe  is 5 kinds of meats, 5 kinds of peppers and five kinds of beans, and 5 kinds of other vegetables. . Even when I TRY to cut everything in half I still end up with the 20 gallon pot?  Jojo has MANY problems and they are all BIG.

Anyone out Lockport way I could use a taster.
