I feel this is a big step in the right direction. Hopefully it will lead to a viable long term plan to enhance and protect current habitat. Hopefully, it will also help provide data that can be used to identify and develop other potential sites that can be practically managed for the long term future of the fishery.

I would also like to see this kind of effort applied to other waters in the sate which are currently managed primarily by stocking, to help them move toward being naturally sustained.
